DVDU - Digital Voice Down Under
DVDU is a new DMR network that primarily services the Australia/New Zealand region. DVDU has a focus on innovation, flexibility, experimentation, learning, collaboration and sharing of knowledge. As an independent network, DVDU is not subject to Australian Multimode Network policies, with the exception of talkgroups that are bridged via the Australian Multimode Network (969 and 9517).
The Australian Multimode Network hosts a DVDU DMR master server at dmr.vkradio.com.
For more information, see https://dvdmr.org.
Do you want to bridge a talkgroup from another network or another mode to DVDU? I'm happy to host bridges or help you bridge directly to DVDU. All bridges will be subject to DVDU policies, which you can read here and here, and bridges that I host will be subject to Australian Multimode Network policies as well. Also, before bridging any other network, ensure that you have permission from the other network(s) that are involved. Any request to bridge from Brandmeister will not be granted, due to that network's general dislike for bridges to other DMR networks.
